JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a Technology Foundation Architect & Lead to design, build, and govern the core data and integration foundation supporting the Customer 360 (C360) program. This role is critical to enabling trusted, scalable, analytics-ready data powering Salesforce, AI, and business use cases, supported by dedicated delivery teams, program leadership, and executive sponsorship. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technology Foundation Architecture Own end-to-end architecture of the C360 technology foundation including ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption layers. Design and govern solutions using Azure Data Factory, ADLS, and Snowflake. Define scalable, secure, cost-efficient platform patterns aligned to enterprise standards. Data Modeling & Methodology Lead implementation and governance of Data Vault methodology (Raw Vault, Business Vault, Marts). Ensure models are extensible, auditable, and support evolving analytics and AI requirements. Partner with analytics, Salesforce, and AI teams to ensure downstream alignment. Data Integration & Quality Oversee ingestion from upstream systems using Azure Data Factory. Establish data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks. Collaborate on enrichment and identity resolution to support unified customer views. Delivery Leadership & Governance Provide architectural direction, design reviews, and implementation guidance to delivery teams. Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across C360 workstreams. Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Salesforce AI & Agentic, Sales, and Marketing teams to enable AI-ready use cases. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Align with enterprise architects and security teams on broader technology strategy. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes – technical leadership of foundation delivery teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Data Platform & Cloud Expertise Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, and Snowflake. Proven ability to design and deliver modern cloud data platforms. Data Modeling & Architecture Strong expertise in Data Vault 2.0 (Hubs, Links, Satellites, Business Vault). Experience building customer-centric data models supporting analytics, CRM, and AI. Leadership & Delivery Experience leading technical teams with architectural oversight. Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models. Communication & Collaboration Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Customer 360, CRM, or commercial analytics programs. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud. Background in consulting or enterprise transformation. EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor s degree required advanced technical or data-focused degrees preferred.
