Job Description
- Cost Calculation: Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to estimate total project costs, including material, labor, and equipment.
- Bid Management: Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals/tenders on time, including managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Vendor Negotiation: Solicit, compare, and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Project Analysis: Review design packages to develop manufacturing process flows and determine direct/indirect costs, such as overheads and site supervision.
- Technical Review: Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical requirements and apply value engineering to meet client budget constraints.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, tender documentation, and cost control systems to track performance
