Job Title: ETP Operator (Effluent Treatment Plant)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 1- 3 years ( Freshers are also welcomed)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Chemical / Mechanical) Polytechnic, Graduates

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and monitor STP/ETP system such as reactors, aeration tanks, clarifiers, filters,

RO & sludge handling systems.

• Check and maintain pumps, blowers, agitators, valves, and dosing systems.
• Monitor inlet/outlet water quality parameters (pH, DO, TSS, COD/BOD basic checks).
• Maintain daily logbook, meter readings, chemical usage & shift reports.
• Adjust aeration, dosing, and flow rates as per plant conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues and inform supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Prepare and share daily operation reports with the Plant In-charge/Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
• Ensure the plant operates in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS)

regulations and standards.
