Event Coordinator – Walk‑In Drive
📅 06/02/2026 - 10/02/2026
📍 AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli
Role: Coordinate hospital events, health camps, seminars, and internal programs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle event planning & execution
- Manage logistics, vendors, and on‑ground activities
- Coordinate with doctors, staff & participants
- Maintain reports and documentation
Skills: Good communication, multitasking, MS Office, customer‑handling.
Qualification: Any degree; experience in events preferred (freshers welcome).
Walk‑In Timings: 9 AM – 1 PM
