🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, execution-focused Operations Executive to manage weekly Glasswings events, memberships, WhatsApp communities, and ticket conversions.

This role is process-driven, not a creative or strategy role.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📅 Event Operations

Post weekly events on Glasswings website and ticket platforms

Coordinate event timelines and reminders

Ensure all event details are accurate and posted on time

📱 WhatsApp & Community Management

Manage multiple WhatsApp groups professionally

Respond to enquiries and share booking links

Maintain group discipline (no spam / off-topic messages)

🎟️ Ticket Conversions

Convert enquiries into paid ticket bookings

Share booking links and follow up once if required

Track daily enquiries and ticket sales

💳 Membership Management

Promote Glasswings memberships to active users

Share membership benefits and official links

Track new memberships, renewals, and pending leads

📸 Social Media Support

Post approved content on Instagram (feed + stories)

Create basic creatives using Canva templates

Tag venues and partners as instructed

📊 Reporting & Coordination

Share daily end-of-day reports (leads, tickets, memberships)

Flag issues immediately to management

Follow SOPs strictly without deviation

🔹 Required Skills

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business

Basic knowledge of Instagram posting

Working knowledge of Canva

Good written English (simple & clear)

Ability to follow instructions and checklists

🎯 Objective

Convert regular event attendees into paid Glasswings members to ensure monthly recurring income.

🔸 Travel: Comfortable travelling for weekend getaways (2–5 days).

🔸 Stay Back: Okay to stay overnight once a month for farmhouse events.

🔸 Late Nights: Comfortable staying till event completion (sometimes till 12 AM).

🔸 Clubs/Pubs: Open to visiting pubs & club nights as part of the job.
