Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling event spaces and services. Your goal is to maximize revenue through proactive sales strategies, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours to promote event venues and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
• Work closely with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
