Event Planner / Manager

Role Description:

Leads end-to-end event planning and execution, managing client communication, creative development, budgeting, and vendor negotiations. Ensures flawless on-ground execution and client satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute large-scale events, exhibitions, and conferences.

* Manage client briefs, budgets, and timelines effectively.

* Supervise creative design, production, and logistics.

* Handle multi-city events with leadership and precision.

* Lead internal teams and delegate operational responsibilities.

Experience Required: 5–8 years

Qualification Required: Graduate / PG in Event Management, PR, or Marketing

Tools / Software Know-How: MS Office, Trello, Project Management Tools
