Senior Associate – Banking & Mutual Fund Operations

Experience: 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle end-to-end MF operational processes.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.

Monitor exceptions, identify discrepancies, and resolve them.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, RTAs, custodians, and banks.

Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements.

Guide and support Associates in daily activities.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MF operations, SEBI/AMFI guidelines.

Hands-on experience with reconciliation and reporting.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong working knowledge of Excel.

Executive – Banking & Mutual Fund Operations

Experience: 4–6 years

Key Responsibilities

Oversee critical operational activities and complex transactions.

Perform advanced reconciliations and ensure zero operational risk.

Ensure SLA adherence and process efficiency.

Act as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.

Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund & Banking Operations.

Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and audit requirements.

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
