Job Description


  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.​
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents needed by the CEO.​
  3. Handle confidential communications, screening emails and phone calls, and prioritizing requests or urgent matters.​
  4. Coordinate meetings—both internal and external—including preparing agendas, organizing required documents, and ensuring the CEO is prepared.​
  5. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, providing information and representing the CEO as required.​
  6. Organize and maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems for the executive office.​
  7. Assist with special projects, research initiatives, and event planning as needed.​
  8. Arrange travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and expense reports, often supporting other senior leaders as well.​
  9. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all company materials and sensitive information
  10. Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new employees.​
  11. Maintain, organize, and update employee records, including contracts, timesheets, leave, and benefits documentation.​
  12. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support internal communications on HR matters.​
  13. Support organization of corporate events, training sessions, or staff meetings.​
  14.  Arrange and monitor office infrastructure (utilities, maintenance), and vendor management as needed.​
