Role

& Responsibilities

 

Ø Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.

Ø Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ø Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Ø Investigate and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills.

Ø Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Ø Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.


Requirements

ü Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate

ü Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer service/ Tele calling

ü Proficient in computer skill

ü Fresher can also apply
