Job Title: Executive – Purchase & Logistics (Fresher)

Job Summary:

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Purchase & Logistics (Fresher) to support day-to-day purchase, vendor coordination, quality checking, inventory handling, and delivery activities. 

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Vendor Coordination:

* Receive approved Sales Orders (SO) and understand product and branding requirements.

* Collect quotations from approved vendors for gifting products and related items.

* Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (POs) as per instructions.

* Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Customization Follow-up & Quality Check (QC):

* Coordinate with external vendors for branding/customization (printing, engraving, etc.).

* Check customized products against approved samples and specifications.

* Perform 100% Quality Check (QC) on all items before dispatch.

* Ensure proper packaging and labeling of gift items.

Inventory Handling:

* Receive goods and update inventory records accurately.

* Allocate stock against specific Sales Orders.

* Assist in periodic stock counts and basic inventory checks.

Logistics & Delivery Support:

* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch of gift orders.

* Track shipments and share delivery updates internally or with clients when required.

* Collect and file Proof of Delivery (POD) after successful delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

* Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience)

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

* Good coordination and follow-up skills

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Ability to work with vendors and logistics partners

Education Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Operations, Supply Chain, Business preferred but not mandatory)
