- The candidates need to be a hotel management graduate.
- He or She should have the knowledge of working with various food vendors and cafeteria services.
- Vendor statutory documents which need to be aligned as per HSE
- HSEQ process knowledge.
- What are the statutory parameters to on board a vendor to the cafeteria.
