FACADE-PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in facade and construction materials procurement to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Find and contact suppliers for facade materials.

Collect price quotations from different vendors.

Compare prices and select the best supplier.

Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors.

Follow up with vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time.

Coordinate with project team and site engineers about material requirements.

Keep records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

Check that materials meet required quality and specifications.

Support price negotiation to reduce costs.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, ACP, sealants)

Vendor communication and negotiation

Basic Excel knowledge

Good coordination and communication skills

Experience

1–3 years' experience in procurement or purchase in Facade Projects

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Any Graduation
