Job Title: Facility Manager – Service Apartments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our chain of service apartments. The role involves managing day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors for plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related work to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained property for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all properties.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair works.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle urgent issues efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
