Job Description
Factory Production Supervisor for Prefabricated & Container Homes
Location: Jeedimetla Industrial Area, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based On Experience & Skill)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory production activities
- Manage workers, welders, and fabrication teams
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with Project & Design teams
- Maintain production reports and daily output tracking
- Ensure discipline, safety, and attendance management
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 2 - 4 years experience in steel fabrication / prefab / PEB / construction factory
- Basic understanding of drawings
- Ability to manage labor teams
- Strong discipline and leadership mindset
Skills Required
- Shop floor supervision
- Basic MS Excel
- Production planning understanding
