Feild Sales Executive

·        Identify and approach individual car and bike owners, small fleet owners, and transport service providers for partnership opportunities.

·        Explain the company’s business model, revenue-sharing terms, and operational benefits to potential partners.

·        Negotiate and finalize partnership or profit-sharing agreements in line with company policies.

·        Coordinate vehicle inspection, documentation, and onboarding processes (RC, insurance, permits, etc.).

·        Maintain accurate records of all partner vehicles and agreements.

·        Ensure vehicles meet company standards for condition, branding, and compliance.

·        Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure attached vehicles are effectively utilized.

·        Handle partner inquiries, issues, and payout clarifications professionally and promptly.

·        Track acquisition targets and submit regular performance and progress reports.

·        Build long-term relationships with vehicle owners to encourage retention and referrals.
