FEILD TEAM LEADER (COLLECTION / RECOVERY)

Reports To: Recovery Manager / Regional Head

Role Overview

The Field Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of field recovery executives to achieve debt collection targets. This role requires strong leadership, compliance awareness, and customer-handling skills to ensure effective recovery while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate field recovery agents to meet daily/weekly collection targets.
• Operational Execution: Plan and assign field visits, monitor recovery activities, and handle escalated cases.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical practices in all recovery operations.
• Customer Engagement: Negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and maintain respectful communication with customers.
• Reporting: Track team performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide insights for process improvement.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, compliance, and customer handling.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (preferred in Business, Finance, or related field)
• More than 3–4 years of experience in debt recovery/collections, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with financial regulations and recovery processes
