Job Description:
Position: Call Center Executive
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Work Schedule: Standard Hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM), (MONDAY TO FRIDAY YOU CAN TAKE ANY ONE DAY ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF)sat & sun (Mandatory Working).
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally, conduct outbound calls , follow-ups, or feedback, and maintain detailed records of conversations.
Notice Period: Immediate Start
Salary: Up to 25K+ appealing incentives (4K-10K)
Job Specifications:
- Qualifications: Any graduate or intermediate level
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, basic computer proficiency
- Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi (Mandatory).
NOTE :Proficiency in North Hindi, English, and mother tongue should be North Hindi
