Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Kurnool | Guntur | Vijayawada | Tirupati | Rajahmundry

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers in assigned territories to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers for pending EMI / loan / payment collections.
• Maintain proper documentation of visits, payments, and customer interactions.
• Update collection status in the company’s CRM or mobile application.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate with the collections manager / team leader regarding difficult cases.
• Submit daily collection reports and cash receipts (if applicable).
