Job Description

  • Install, inspect, and maintain DOOH digital screens at residential, commercial, and public locations
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to avoid screen downtime
  • Troubleshoot hardware, power, network, and player-related issues
  • Coordinate with property managers, RWAs, lift technicians, and vendors for access and support
  • Replace faulty components like media players, SIMs, adapters, cables, etc.
  • Ensure internet connectivity (SIM/Wi-Fi) and power supply are stable
  • Capture and upload proof-of-play / site photos/videos when required
  • Update maintenance tickets and close them with proper remarks in the portal/app
  • Maintain inventory of spares and tools
  • Follow safety procedures while working in elevators, common areas, and high-traffic zones
  • Support new screen installations and relocations as per project plans
