Dhruv Research is a market research firm and has established itself as a pioneer in the usage of various technology tools to conduct studies and surveys. We conduct pan India studies, using various research tools, at unmatched scale, speed, and accuracy, expanding the possibilities of how survey data can be consumed in informing the public on the current issues and trends which are shaping the nation. We try to understand the opinion of people in different sectors such as Politics, Economy, Current Affairs etc. We have conducted grassroots surveys of more than 50 lakhs individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a contractual role with the primary responsibility of field team management and daily operations. 

• Managing the daily survey operations of the field agents in order to meet data collection targets
• Monitoring a team 10-20 and sharing timely updates and reports
• Daily attendance management, funds transfer and reconciliation in coordination with Area Manager and Finance
• Support in planning route maps and daily task assignment
• Monitoring the performance and providing real time feedback to team to improve quality 
• Accompanying survey agents on ground on a periodic basis to identify the issues in the quality of the collected data 
• Creating a pipeline of the field agents in case of shortfall in a particular region
• Assisting the Central Team in the hiring of the field agents by sourcing the profiles and onboarding
• Ensuring training, engagement and retention of the survey agents and sourcing the survey agents in case of shortfall in a particular region
• Receiving and resolving the field escalations and the incident reports by coordinating with the responsible teams/ authorities as per the escalation matrix

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline
• Work experience of 1 to 4 years as Operations/Sales Manager. Prior experience in Market Research/ Survey/ CAPI/ CATI will be an added advantage
• Working Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Spreadsheets 
• Ability to manage a distributed team of field agents
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel in the assigned territory including overnight stay (Travel and accommodation allowances as per company policy)
• Excellent communication skills
