Job Title: Field Officer Sales (FOS)

Job Role:

We are hiring Field Officer Sales (FOS) for driver/captain onboarding in Rapido. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler (Auto – priority), and 4-wheeler captains on the Rapido platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new captains (Bike, Auto, Cab) on the Rapido platform

Priority focus on Auto onboarding

Achieve daily target of 3 onboardings

Complete monthly target of 80+ new onboardings

Ensure each onboarded captain completes at least one ride

Visit assigned clusters/areas for lead generation

Collect required documents and complete KYC process

Maintain proper follow-up with captains

Submit daily activity and target report

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 10th Pass (10+)

Minimum field sales experience required

Good communication skills

Must have a bike and Android mobile phone

Ready to travel within the assigned city

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
