Field Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Visit retail shops to onboard new merchants to the Paytm ecosystem.
• Product Deployment: Install and demonstrate Paytm QR Codes, Soundboxes, and Card Swipe (EDC) machines.
• Sales Targets: Meet daily/monthly targets for customer acquisition and product usage.
• Relationship Management: Revisit existing merchants to resolve issues, ensure retention, and increase transaction volume.
• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
• Assets: Mandatory possession of a smartphone, two-wheeler, valid driving license, PAN card, and Aadhaar card.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Freshers are eligible; 0-2 years of experience in field sales is preferred.
