Job Title: Field Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Kompally

Job Summary:

As a Field Operations Executive at Store My Goods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient pickup of customers' goods from their locations to our warehouses. Working closely with our logistics vendors, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the entire process of goods collection, transportation, and storage. Your attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and strong organizational skills will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. (Packers & Movers experience is mandatory).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the logistics vendor to plan and schedule pickups of customers' goods in a timely manner.

·      Communicate effectively with customers to confirm pickup details, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

·      Conduct on-site visits to customers' locations to oversee the loading of goods onto the transport vehicle, ensuring proper packaging and handling.

·      Ensure the accurate labeling, categorization, and documentation of collected goods to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval.

·      Supervise the loading and unloading of goods at the company's warehouses, ensuring the safety and integrity of the stored items.

·      Maintain a record of goods collected, transported, and stored, accurately updating the company's database.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the collection, transportation, or storage process.

·      Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulations to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.

·      Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage space and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities.

·      Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

·      Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, concerns, and potential improvements in service quality.

·      Assist in training new Field Operations Executives and contribute to a positive team environment.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in logistics, operations, or a related field are a plus.

·      Proven experience in field operations, logistics, or warehousing roles.

·      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.

·      Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of goods.

·      Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.

·      Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining electronic records.

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in logistics and warehousing operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a bike and smartphone.
