Responsibilities: Candidate will have to travel in and around 10-15 km radius Will have to visit 4-5 customer places daily Will have to do inspection and consult the customer about the service Other points to note 1) CTC Will be dependent on relevant years of experience. 2) Travel allowance will be 50Rs per visit (will be processed at month end) 3) Incentives of upto 20K can be earned per month based on sales 4) Most important, it's and On-roll job Skill Set • Good communication skills. • Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback. • Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them for the collection of keys and property pictures.
