The Role: Onboarding Master As an Onboarding Master (Field Growth Executive), you will be the face of HeiBuddy in your allocated territory. You are not just selling a product – you are building an AI commerce network, one business at a time. Your mission is clear and impactful: • Meet local business owners and service providers in your assigned micro-territory across Hyderabad.

• Introduce HeiBuddy’s AI-powered growth platform and demonstrate how it drives real, measurable customer acquisition. • Onboard eligible businesses onto the platform with structured training and hands-on setup. • Educate merchants on how AI-driven matching, demand intelligence, and smart algorithms will bring them genuine, high-intent customers. • Drive subscription conversions and help businesses unlock the full potential of the platform. “You will be building the AI commerce network, city by city.” Every business you onboard is a step toward revolutionizing local commerce in India. Key Responsibilities Daily Field Operations • Conduct structured daily field visits within your allocated micro-territory across Hyderabad. • Engage a minimum of 30 business owners per day through planned, route-optimized visits. • Maintain real-time status updates of all field visits through the company’s CRM and Sales Tracker App. • Report to the office once every two working days for debriefs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Business Onboarding & Growth • Onboard eligible businesses across assigned categories: Restaurants, Medical & Grocery Stores, Spa & Salon, Real Estate, and On-Demand Service Providers. • Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations that highlight HeiBuddy’s AI capabilities and business value. • Educate merchants on how AI-powered customer matching, demand intelligence, and smart algorithms translate directly into increased footfall and revenue. • Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate from free onboarding to paid subscription within 30 days. Revenue & Subscription Growth • Convert free-tier merchants into paid subscription members through relationship-driven follow-ups and value demonstration. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across HeiBuddy’s expanding service categories. • Gather structured feedback from merchants to help the product team continuously improve the platform.

What We Look For Must-Have Requirements ✓ Must own a working Android smartphone (essential for CRM and Sales Tracker App access). ✓ Comfortable using mobile applications and CRM/sales management software. ✓ Must remain active on the Sales Tracker App during all working hours for real-time field monitoring. ✓ Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English (multi-language proficiency is a significant advantage). ✓ Willingness to work a 6-day, field-based schedule with high energy and self-motivation. Good to Have (Not Mandatory) • Prior field sales or business development experience (B2B or merchant-facing roles preferred). • Experience with food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace onboarding roles. • Knowledge of the local Hyderabad market, business districts, and commercial ecosystems. • Interest in AI, technology, startups, and the future of commerce. • Freshers with hunger, ambition, and a growth mindset are absolutely welcome to apply.
