Field KYC Execuitve

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-field verification of customer documents, addresses, employment details, and business premises.

Visit customer locations to verify identity, KYC documents, and authenticity of information provided.

Collect relevant documents such as ID proofs, address proofs, and signatures.

Coordinate with backend teams for case updates and clarifications.

Ensure assigned verification tasks are completed within deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Experience in field verification, collections, or sales is an advantage.

Good communication skills in local language and basic English.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Environment & Requirements:

Daily travel to multiple customer locations.

Must meet targets for number of verifications completed per day.

Flexible to work under pressure and time-bound tasks.
