Field Marketing Executive

About the Role we are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team in the iron and steel sector. The candidate will be responsible for visiting companies, understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, and ensuring they are connected with the right solutions from our portfolio. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert field interactions into long-term business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to companies, factories, and industrial clients to promote our iron and steel products.
• Understand client requirements and ensure their needs are sorted efficiently by coordinating with the internal sales and operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline.
• Collect feedback from clients and provide market intelligence to management.
• Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.
• Maintain proper reports of visits, leads generated, and conversions.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Prior experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in the iron, steel, construction, or heavy industries.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and engage directly with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in maintaining client data and preparing activity reports.
