🔬 We are looking for a driven Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our Cell Culture Business by engaging with customers across academia, biotechnology, pharma, diagnostic labs, IVF clinics, and hospitals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🚀 Identify, develop & close new sales opportunities

🧪 Promote Research Sera, Cell Culture Plastics & Cytogenetics Media

🤝 Conduct regular client visits & build strong relationships

📈 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

🏥 Meet customers in pharma companies, labs, hospitals & institutions

📊 Maintain reports and track field marketing activities

✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎂 Age: 18 – 35 years

👨‍🎓 Gender: Both genders allowed

🎓 Education: 12th Pass (Science background mandatory – B.Sc./M.Sc Biotechnology preferred)

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience: Min. 6 months (Freshers can also apply)

⏰ Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)

🚗 Must have own vehicle with valid driving licence

🗣️ Good communication & convincing skills

💊 MR / Pharmaceutical & Medical sales knowledge

🔬 Knowledge of biomedical science & pharma products

📢 Field sales & field marketing

💼 Pharma marketing & client relationship management

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000

🎯 Incentive: ₹15,000+ based on performance
