Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our ISO Certification and compliance services in Hyderabad. The role involves direct client interaction, lead generation, relationship building, and supporting business growth through on-ground marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and direct client meetings.
• Promote ISO certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.) to SMEs, corporates, and manufacturing units.
• Identify potential clients and understand their certification and compliance requirements.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers (owners, managers, quality heads).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct on-site product/service demonstrations and explain certification processes clearly.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for proposal preparation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM or reporting formats.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
• Track market trends and competitor activities in the certification industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field marketing / field sales / B2B marketing.
• Experience in ISO certification, compliance, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
• Good understanding of local Hyderabad business areas and industrial zones.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler preferred with valid driving license.

• Existing network with SMEs, factories, or corporate clients.
• Prior experience selling certification, audit, or consulting services.
• Familiarity with government or regulatory compliance standards.
