Field Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute medical checkups camps in societies, corporates, schools and public places.

Visit local corporates, gyms and RWAs to propose free/paid health camps and wellness activities.

Coordinate with clinic team for smooth camp operations and logistics.

Ensure proper branding at all activities – banners, standees, leaflets, camp registrations etc.

Do field visits in nearby areas to explain clinic services to people.

Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, chemists, labs and community leaders for referrals.

Maintain daily visit reports, camp data (footfall, leads, conversion) and share with management.

Achieve monthly targets for number of camps, leads and walk-ins generated from field activities.

Experience:

0–2 years in field marketing / hospital marketing / direct sales preferred; fresher with good energy can also apply.

Skills:

Good communication in Hindi, English, Telugu.

Comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined in reporting.

Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred (travel allowance can be provided).  

Petrol / travel allowance for field work.

Training on clinic services, camp planning and communication.
