Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

TriumphPro is hiring a proactive and performance-driven Field Marketing Executive to manage on-ground marketing initiatives and business development efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in field marketing or sales who can generate leads, execute campaigns, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional activities
• Generate leads through direct outreach, field visits, and events
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and local networks
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
• Meet assigned targets and support revenue growth

Requirements

• MBA / BBA in Marketing or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
• Hands-on experience in on-ground marketing activities is mandatory
• Male candidates preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
