Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Marketing cum Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. Your primary mission is to be the "face of our brand" on the ground—identifying active construction sites, building relationships with key decision-makers (builders and contractors), and securing orders for our premium residential doors. This role requires extensive daily travel across the city to turn active construction projects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Market Scouting: Daily travel across various Hyderabad zones to identify residential construction projects in progress.

Lead Generation: Proactively contact and meet builders, civil contractors, and site supervisors on-site to pitch our residential door solutions.

Sales Conversion: Understand project requirements, provide product demonstrations/catalogs, and close sales orders for internal and external residential doors.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network with the local builder and contractor community to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging material preferences like uPVC or sustainable luxury doors in the Hyderabad market.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, including sites visited, contacts made, and follow-up status, using tools like Google Sheets or CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BBA/B.Com preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing, ideally within the construction or building materials industry (e.g., hardware, paints, tiles, or furniture).

Language: Fluency in Telugu is essential for effective on-site communication; proficiency in Hindi and English is a strong advantage.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily field travel across Hyderabad.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and "cold-calling" skills to engage busy contractors on-site.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
