Job Description
Job Title: Field Marketing Executive
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and trends
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, and promotions
- Coordinate with designers, media agencies, and vendors
- Support the sales team with leads and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Organize events, exhibitions, and product launches
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Sales Incentives: Based on monthly sales from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs
