Physical Marketing & Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous presence at the marketing tent, greet every visitor politely, and communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The candidate must maintain a respectful and professional approach at all times.
• Participate in building offline marketing strategies with the team
• Conduct physical marketing activities: banners, events, local promotions
• Generate real-estate leads through ground-level efforts
• Convert leads to scheduled site visits and assist during visits
• Record and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ease and fast-track the sales process
• Report daily activities and findings from physical campaigns
• 1–2 years of field marketing or real estate sales experience
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team
• Comfortable with physical marketing activities (travel included)

Location: Hyderabad Shamirpet (On-ground role)

Experience: 0–2 years in physical sales/marketing (real estate preferred)

Shift: Field-based with flexible hours and weekly rotational offs

Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English (fluency required)

Tools: Google Sheets, Excel
