Job Title: Recruitment & Deployment Executive (Blue-Collar Hiring)

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment & Deployment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring and deployment of blue-collar workforce across client sites. The role involves recruitment, client coordination, compliance verification, and ensuring timely placement of manpower as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Deployment

• Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar manpower such as Security Guards, Electricians, Plumbers, Housekeeping, and Maintenance staff.
• Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for various client requirements.
• Ensure timely deployment of shortlisted candidates to client sites.

2. Client Relations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Address client feedback and resolve manpower or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients for manpower planning and deployment schedules.

3. Field Operations & Compliance

• Conduct field visits to verify employee attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure all employee documents are collected and verified as per labour law and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for PF, ESI, and other statutory records.

4. Training & Onboarding

• Arrange pre-deployment training sessions for new recruits.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation as per company policy.
• Ensure smooth joining process and documentation for all deployed staff.

5. System Management

• Use laptops, Jira, and other internal systems for tracking recruitment status, task management, and reporting.
• Maintain updated candidate databases and deployment trackers.
• Generate periodic recruitment and deployment reports for management review.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-9 years of experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
