Field Officer

Field Officers are responsible for supervising Security staff and ensuring that all operations are running effectively and according to plan.

Field Officers are tasked with developing strategies to improve operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Field Officers must be capable of conducting quality assessments to ensure operations at sites/units are meeting the desired standards.

Field Officers must be able to analyze and assess trends to make informed decisions at the unit/site.

Be responsible for implementing program plans, including to specific themes, and monitor unit/site and compliances at the field level.

Coordinate with the client to provide quality services. 

Coordinate and establish linkages recruitment team for enrolling candidates for different units of the organisation/company .

Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and related activities for security staff.

Manage trainings, do regular field visits and provide handholding support to the security team whenever necessary.

Be responsible for site management and client feedbacks.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the security field Manager and higher management.
