Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Recruiter to lead the hiring and management of delivery riders in Hyderabad. This role is critical to building a reliable, motivated, and well-trained workforce for our quick commerce and grocery delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and onboard delivery riders through field recruitment drives, local networks, and job platforms.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize riders with GLAM’s values, operational standards, and EV adoption initiatives.

Workforce Management

• Ensure adequate rider availability to meet daily delivery demand.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with delivery protocols.
• Act as the first point of contact for rider queries and grievances.

Training & Development

• Deliver training modules on safe driving, customer interaction, and efficient delivery practices.
• Promote EV usage and educate riders on sustainability benefits.

Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with city operations teams to forecast rider requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment, attrition, and rider performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in rider engagement and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in field recruitment, workforce management, or logistics operations (quick commerce/grocery preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and build trust with frontline workforce.
• Energetic, organized, and passionate about workforce empowerment.
• Familiarity with EVs and sustainable delivery practices is a plus.
