Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit markets, parking areas, and local hubs to find riders
- Explain job role and onboard riders
- Collect documents and train on app usage
- Track attendance and coordinate with ops team
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Requirements:
- 12th pass or above
- 0–2 years of field recruitment experience
- Local language + basic English
- Own 2-wheeler and Android phone preferred
