Job Summary: NineOne EV is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Field Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment of Last Mile Delivery Associates. You will be responsible for driving high-volume hiring through grassroots outreach, local partnerships, and on-ground mobilization to meet the growing demand for delivery personnel in our electric mobility network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sourcing & Outreach: Actively visit high-footfall areas like auto stands, bus stands, roadside restaurants, driving schools, mechanic hubs, tea stalls, and transport yards to identify potential candidates.
• Local Networking: Build partnerships with community influencers, kirana stores, transport aggregators, and training centers to generate consistent candidate leads.
• Walk-in Drives & Hiring Events: Organize and conduct daily/weekly recruitment camps and hiring drives in targeted locations.
• Candidate Screening: Brief candidates about the role, verify eligibility (license, Aadhar, PAN ID, etc.), and shortlist them for onboarding.
• Onboarding Coordination: Support the selected DAs with document collection, app setup, background verification, and induction.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed hiring records, track recruitment funnel metrics, and report daily progress to the central team.
• Hiring Targets: Achieve weekly/monthly hiring goals in line with NineOne EV’s delivery operations growth.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in blue-collar or delivery workforce recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong local area knowledge and field networking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred.
• Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, recruitment apps).
• Fluency in local language(s); basic English proficiency required.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or logistics hiring.
