Job Title :Field Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad | Field-based (travel required)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to drive on-ground sourcing and hiring. You’ll identify candidates through field channels (local communities, job fairs, campuses, referrals), conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and help meet hiring targets—especially for blue-collar / frontline / sales / operations roles (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through field visits, local networks, vendors, community groups, and referrals.
  • Conduct walk-in drives, booth setups, and job fairs/campus drives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline for high-volume roles; meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
  • Do initial screening (eligibility, interest, basic fit) and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidate attendance.
  • Collect and verify basic documents; support joining and onboarding.
  • Maintain daily trackers (calls, leads, interviews, joins) and share reports with the team.
  • Collaborate with HR/TA and operations teams to understand manpower needs and improve conversion.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding on-ground.

Requirements (Must-have)

  • [0–3 / 1–5] years experience in field recruitment / high-volume hiring.
  • Comfortable with field travel and meeting candidates in-person.
  • Strong communication in [local language + English/Hindi].
  • Ability to work with targets, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle and documentation.
  • Minimum education: [12th/Graduate] (customize)
  • Two-wheeler + license
  • Laptop + Mobile
