Field Recruiter

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding Delivery Associates (Delivery Boys) for various locations. The role involves extensive fieldwork, local market visits, and coordination with internal teams to ensure manpower targets are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:-

Conduct field recruitment drives for delivery associates through:

• Local job markets
• Tea stalls, hotels, hostels, PGs
• Apartment-to-apartment campaigns
• College visits, job fairs, and community centers

Source candidates via:

• Direct walk-ins
• Referrals
• WhatsApp groups

• Explain job role, payout structure, shift details, and onboarding process to candidates.
• Collect and verify mandatory documents (Aadhaar, DL/RC, Bank details, PAN, etc.).
• Support candidates in completing onboarding formalities (App registration, Training, KYC, etc.).
• Maintain daily recruitment dashboards and share reports with managers.
• Ensure onboarding targets (daily/weekly) are met.
• Coordinate with the operations team for candidate deployment.
