Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Manage the candidate pipeline, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparing interview materials and questions.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
