Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Location: Hyderabad

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹10,000/month (for full-time)

We are now expanding in Hyderabad and looking for an energetic, outgoing Field Sales Executive to drive our growth by connecting with offices, coworking spaces, fitness centers, and community hubs across the city.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach coworking spaces, corporate offices, tech parks, gyms, hostels, and gated communities for possible café tie-ups, catering partnerships, and popup stalls.
  • Promote The Farm Café’s offerings (e.g., healthy lunch plans, salads, coffees, and event catering).
  • Set up meetings and pitch partnership models to office managers, HR reps, or admin heads.
  • Create and maintain a live database of leads and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the core team to shape localized sales and outreach strategies.
  • Achieve monthly outreach and expansion targets to unlock incentives.
  • Who You Are:Based in Hyderabad, familiar with local areas and open to field travel
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer outreach (freshers with great communication skills are also welcome)
  • Passionate about healthy food, sustainability, or startups
  • Confident in face-to-face conversations and professional follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets or CRM tools preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely
  • Compensation:Full-time: Fixed salary up to ₹10,000/month + high incentives based on number/value of successful tie-ups
  • Part-time/Freelance: Flexible working hours + commission per successful lead conversion
  • Travel allowance negotiable based on performance and geography
