- Bike mandatory – daily field visits to properties & owners
- Meet property owners, explain RentRidge services & onboard flats
- Coordinate with tenants for visits, showings & inspections
- Handle basic documentation, agreements & CRM updates
- Build strong relationships with owners and gated communities
- Achieve monthly sales & onboarding targets
- Collect property details, photos & verification documents
- Promote RentRidge services with professionalism & clarity
