Job description Role:
Sales field executive (Solar consultants) We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales through field visits. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients/customers on the field to promote and sell company products/services
• Generate leads and actively follow up on inquiries
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Ensure daily reporting of activities and outcomes
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools
