Field Recruiters/Sales Executive Wanted! 

Industry: EV & Hyperlocal Logistics 

🔑 Key Responsibilities 

• Lead & manage delivery executives/riders 
• Ensure daily targets, productivity & SLA adherence 
• Monitor rider performance (attendance, efficiency, utilization) 
• Handle onboarding, issues & escalations 
• Coordinate with fleet, recovery, hub & client teams 
• Ensure compliance & safety standards 
• Drive process improvements for efficiency 

👤 Desired Candidate Profile 

• 0–3 years in logistics/delivery/operations 
• Strong team management skills 
• Experience with hyperlocal platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto) preferred 
• Exposure to EV operations/fleet management a plus 
• Fastpaced startup adaptability 
• Good communication & problemsolving skills
