You’ll work with credit, ops, and service teams to ensure smooth disbursals while building real relationships on the ground. About the role

As a Relationship Officer, you will drive field sales for our MSME, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Equipment & Digital Loan (EDL) products. You’ll work directly with small and medium business owners, understand their funding needs, and offer loan solutions with ticket sizes ranging from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore.

What You will do

Meet and connect with small business owners to understand their loan needs.

Offer them the right LAP (Loan Against Property) and EDL (Equipment & Digital Loan) solutions.

Help customers with paperwork and guide them through the loan process smoothly.

Work closely with internal teams to make sure loans are processed and disbursed on time.

Achieve your monthly loan disbursal targets (we’ll cheer you on!).

Build long-term relationships with customers so they keep coming back — and refer others too!

What you will need 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for field sales and customer interaction.

Basic understanding of MSME and Mortgage lending products is preferred (training will be provided).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Graduate degree in any stream.
