Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our organization, directly engaging with clients in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships. Your day-to-day will involve identifying new business opportunities, presenting our product offerings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market share, increasing revenue, and solidifying our position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to expand our customer base and market reach.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to drive sales conversions.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals and achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings and address customer inquiries.

- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present information to diverse audiences, tailoring your approach to resonate with individual client needs.

- Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and generate reports.

- Solid understanding of communication protocols and sales techniques.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
