Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business, generate leads through networking, cold calling, and events, and close deals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver product demonstrations, assess customer needs, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Territory Management: Manage a specific sales territory, create strategies, and develop "out-of-the-box" sales approaches.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales proposals, provide accurate forecasts, and update CRM systems with sales activities and customer data.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (delivery, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven field sales or outside sales experience, often with a valid driver's license.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Self-Motivation: Target-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Technical: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Organizational: Strong time management, pipeline management, and organizational skills.
